We use DHL courier service, which offers a trackable service so you'll be able to see where it is at all times. Once your jacket is dispatched you will receive an E-mail containing your tracking number.
For a Jacket:

- USA & Canada £40.00
- Japan & China £50.00
Postage costs vary depending on weight for other items including Jeans, T-Shirts, Scarves, Hats and Jumpers. The automated price you'll see on check out is for a jacket, any smaller items will have their postage costs recalculated before your card is charged.
Charging hours are between 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday & 9am-2pm Friday. Your amount payable is not instantly taken from your account.
We do not take any payment for jackets until they are made.
Sale items and clothing goods are charged and shipped during office opening hours.
International payments are converted into the bank holders individual currency once the payment has been taken.
We regret that we cannot accept partial or instalment payments for your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Any purchases outside of the EU may be subject to import duties on arrival in to the country, these fees are out of our control and may vary.

Goods must be returned within 14 days.
If in the case your jacket doesn't fit, it's important to send it back correctly. Send it back in a box that the jacket fits in to, it is vital that these are not squashed into small boxes as this will impact your refund/exchange price.
If you are re-using our original box, please ensure that all security tape is removed before returning it to us. And please note, the box needs to be clearly marked as a return - this is especially important for returns from outside of the EU.
Print off this Returns Form and cut off the top and stick it to the box.
-Ensure you fill out the Returns Form and place it in the box with your jacket so we know who it's from.
We accept returns on unworn sale items and clothing goods. We will refund you on receipt of the goods for the amount paid excluding postage - as long as the items are recieved in the same condition you recieved them in.
We do not accept returns on washed denim goods, please ensure to purchase the correct size on non-sanforized products.
