Back in the 1980s Aero made a limited edition replica of the classic early 20th Century man's Glace Kid Town Boot, the type worn across the Globe before WW2 and featured in all the major catalogues of the day.
Production of the Aero version came to a slightly abrupt halt when our cobbler retired and it's taken us a while to find a British Shoemaker capable of recreating this legendary boot to our satisfaction. All good things are worth waiting for and we are now delighted to introduce our new version, the perfect replica of this classic boot fitted with a leather sole fitted to a proper Goodyear welt, slim and neat, just like the originals, leather lined and made from high grade Glace Kid, one of the best wearing and most comfortable leather ever used in footwear production.
As usual, our boots are hand crafted in Northampton in the traditional manner, as close as possible to the original 20th Century version.
