Henry David Lee set up the HD Lee Mercantile Co in Kansas, 1889 specialising in the production of denim dungarees, overalls and railroad jackets. The Riders jeans were specifically designed for cowboys and Rodeo riders to be comfortable in the saddle. The rear pockets were set slightly further apart to help in comfort. Rendered in Lee® 101 Lot #49: the Japanese left hand twill is dyed with 13 dips of indigo and features a single line blue selvage. 100% premium cotton.
