*Important* Trousers Stock Update
****FRESH STOCKS ARRIVING SOON**
Regular visitors to our clothing pages will have noticed a many of our lines of trousers have unfortunately been out of stock for extended periods over the last year or so.
Since our regular trouser maker retired, we’ve struggled to find a good quality trouser maker in The UK, at least one that could make trousers at a price that we could justify.
The good news is that next month, we’ll have a delivery our Cord Trousers made for us by Bookster - who made the stunning Aero Tweed Suits featured in the movie “The Dig”. The quality of Bookster’s work is superb, but sadly their lead times are way to long for us to become a long-term solution.
So, we’re even more delighted to announce that from July, we’ll be making our CC41 trousers in-house! We’ve always had the skills, but cloth production needs its own machinery and space, so we’ve decided to dedicate these resources to ensure we can consistently meet demand for one of our most popular clothing lines.
We’ll be starting production with a couple of rolls of Harris Tweed and a Roll of Donegal Tweed and the initial stock should be available during July!
